Shipping

All orders ship once processed from my Oceanside, California workshop.

For small items, orders will ship via USPS priority mail, or you may select local pickup at checkout. If ordering multiple items with different lead times, items will ship together after all items are processed. Please contact me if you’d like to arrange expedited shipping or shipping of multiple packages. If you would like to have signature confirmation for delivery, purchase expedited shipping, or if you would prefer an alternative shipping carrier, please let me know at the time you place your order.

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, damages during shipping, or missed deliveries. Please contact me if there is a problem with your order.

For furniture items, orders will ship via a white glove delivery service, and shipping costs will be billed separately upon completion of your order. Contact studio@marincustom.com for a quote on shipping prior to placing your order. At this time I only ship within the United States. You may also select local pickup at checkout (Oceanside, California.)

Returns

All sales are final, and I do not offer returns or exchanges.

It’s my intention to represent my work with detailed photos, from different angles and in natural lighting. I do my best to give an accurate representation of color, dimensions, scale, and functionality of the piece. For made to order items, photos shown are representative of what your piece may look like, but are not identical. Each piece is one of a kind. Please inquire if you have questions or concerns about appearance, material, functionality, or any other aspect of the piece.

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of making your purchase. Contact studio@marincustom.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a cancellation.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change to the shipping address, or with any questions or requests you may have regarding your order.
